The Secretary General represents the "United States of the World" and coordinates initiatives within the 20 main areas of action and in compliance with the aims contained in the "Constitution of the United States of the World".

The Council of Ambassadors is made up of men and women from various countries committed to supporting the aims of the "United States of the World" and to representing them in the most appropriate forums.

The International Committee consists of the representatives of the member countries and institutions of the "United States of the World", the Presidents of the "Permanent Commissions" and the members of the "Honour Committee".

The Board of Directors is made up of members of the International Committee and of the Standing Commissions and takes all decisions in compliance with the "Constitution of the United States of the World".

The Standard Bearers are men and women from various countries - especially young people - who have distinguished themselves in various fields with actions and initiatives carried out in line with the aims of the "Constitution of the United States of the World".

The "Great Voices" are personalities from various countries who support the "Constitution of the "United States of the World" with their action and with their international prestige, spreading it in the various countries.
