Turkmenistan applies to join the United States of the World

The Republic of Turkmenistan joins the United States of the World. Seretary General Michele Capasso presents Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmed Gurbanov with the ‘Banner of the United States of the World’ badge and plans a mission to Ashgabat for the accession ceremony.
