A delegation of members of the United States of the World and the Fondazione Mediterraneo attended the solemn funeral of Pope Francis.
The message issued by the Secretary General, Prof. Michele Capasso, summarised the work of the Pontiff with the phrase "THE PAPA OF ALL THE PEOPLES".
A permanent emotional journey dedicated to Pope Francis will soon be created at the Naples headquarters.
The funeral liturgy was presided over by His Most Reverend Eminence Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, Dean of the College of Cardinals.
At the end of the funeral Mass, the coffin of Pope Francis was accompanied to the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore for burial.
