The "National Institute for Operational Training in Civil Protection" joins the United States of the World
The "National Institute for Operational Training in Civil Protection" based in Rome has joined as a founding member the "United States of the World" and the "Constitution" approved on 18.11.2022.
The act was signed by the President of the Institute, Giovan Battista Cicchetti Marchegiani, and the Secretary-General of the "United States of the World", Michele Capasso.
